The MCD carrried out necesary action against 31 properties in South Delhi on 19th January, 2012. Builders start construction without getting the building plan sanctioned from the civic agency and cheat innocent buyers. 21 proeprties in South Zone and 10 in Najafgarh Zone were demolished / sealed.
