The MCD has ressumed its demolition drive in the last few months. Last friday 45 properties in West Delhi, Rohini and 35 properties in Rajouri Garden, Uttam Nagar were demolished due to having extra covergae in terms of extra rooms having been built. All this activity will indirectly impact the prices of properties in Gurgaon / Noida etc. as more and more people will shift to these places due to lack of space in Delhi.
