The MCD, on the 24th of November sealed 23 flats in South Extension Part 1 area. Offcials say that by this week another 100 flats within 35 properties will be sealed due to use of residential space into commercial activities. This development will drive growth in areas like Gurgaon and Noida as offices which are presently running from residential areas will start shifting to Gurgaon and Noida due to fear of sealing.
